What do you love most about your job?
Innovation, accountability, collaboration, consistency and integrity define the five pillars of the McNeill Baker Design Associates design process. Our staff comes to work every day awaiting the next design challenge, and it is by providing our clients with solutions to solve whatever the issue might be our reputation for excellent customer service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
McNeill Baker Design was the genesis of Morris-Day Design Build after the former founder passed away. The design team struck out on its own and opened what is now a full service architectural firm capable of handing residential, small commercial and multi-family project. Our five (5) years of recent history is supplemented by the 27 years our design team, vendors and contractors all worked together at Morris-Day.
