As well as keeping us fit and teaching self defence, it's great to be able to learn something new together. All of my family have classes here. My 7 year old son has been attending classes the longest, as he joined around 2 years ago now.
He is the reason we approached Mr McKinstry. Mr McKinstry has helped Coby out immensely with his confidence and he is also controlling his emotions much better than he used to.
The rest of us have joined at different times over the last year.
It is a great form of exercise and teaches the children respect and discipline. I personally love the fact that we're all together, as it's not often you find a class you can do as a family!

My son has been attending for nearly 3 years since he was 4 years old. He loves going every Friday night and Saturday morning. Each lesson is run exceptionally well.
