After receiving a letter from HMRC saying I owed them money for late penalties when I hadn’t had a letter from them and also telling me I should have filled in a self assessment, I retained the services of McGregor Accountancy and it’s the best thing I did. Alan took over all the paperwork, told me what I needed to complete a self assessment and not only completed it for me, he also appealed all the late penalties to HMRC on my behalf. In the space of 4 weeks, all self assessments were filed for 2 years and he also managed to get all the penalties over turned.
