I couldn't fault this garage one bit. We went in just browsing, no pushy salesmen. Gary came out asked if we were okay and then left us too it. See we were pondering around 1 car then came to check on us again and got us the keys, we looked at the car then ended up going for a test drive. We part exchanged our car and they did everything they could to ensure we were given the best deal possible! They kept us fully updated on everything that was happening from start to end and even with a courtesy email ensuring everything was ok. We then recommended friend who purchased a car from them and they gave us a £50 cheque for the referral. Couldn't fault the garage one bit, very informative, trustworthy business to deal with! Recently purchased a new car from McDougal & Breen after being recommended to them by my Son, who has bought several cars from them. I was completely happy with the buying experience and was helped every step of the way by the sales person. Was easily able to part-ex my own vehicle against the new one with no hassles at all. My new car was in excellent condition. Would happily recommend them to friends and would buy from them again. Thanks so much to Chris and the team! Genuine, honest, personable guys! Just picked up the most gorgeous Mini Cooper in Volcanic Orange with black trims and a new set of black alloys at no extra cost! Having scoured the width and breadth of the country online, I knew for sure that this was the best price & lowest mileage anywhere to be found! As I would be travelling over 150 miles to pick the car up Chris described the car in every detail over the phone, so there would be no little surprises at the time of pick up. I felt so comfortable dealing with him that I even paid for the car in full before seeing it!!! There was no hard sell at all with the "add ons". I left the garage with more than enough fuel in the tank to get me home, a nice and unusual touch these days, an immaculate car and was given enough clear instructions to be able to drive it home!
