Maxi was so accommodating with the changes that I kept requesting to make in the run up to the wedding. I originally designed my cake with Maxi before I found my dress. After I found my dress - this changed my whole colour scheme. Maxi was amazing in making the necessary changed. Have bought a specialised cake from this lady for my friends 50th birthday and I can honestly say I have never seen anything like it in my life ! !! Not only did it look amazing it had the taste to match ... all I asked was to do a pirate of the Caribbean theme and I was absolutely amazed at the imagination she put into it !! I would highly recommend Maxine. She did my daughter's 18th birthday cake and it was amazing. Maxine asked me for a picture of what my daughter would want so sent her a picture and Maxine did a cake so much better than the picture we sent her and incorporated everything my daughter wanted.
