What do you love most about your job?
At McArdle & Tan we love to match our properties to the perfect fit tenants and work to provide a stress-free and streamlined process for Landlords to hand over the reigns to us when they move city or out of the country.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have worked in both the private and the social housing sectors for over 15 years and we started McArdle&Tan to offer a competitive and bespoke service that provides London Landlord's with a local, trustworthy and hardworking agency for all their property and tenancy needs.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our monthly fees are well below the rates of larger agencies and we start from 8.5% pcm for a full lettings and management package. Unlike other companies we do not charge premiums or surcharges for routine repairs, this all falls within the monthly fee.
We also do not charge for ending a tenancy early or a re-let fee when a tenancy is extended or renewed.
We inspect our properties on a six monthly basis and provide a detailed report to all Landlord's on any repair recommendations we record.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Customer safety is our number one priority. We have adapted all our processes to comply with Government guidelines on Covid-19 best practice, and review them regularly as the situation changes.
