I’ve just finished up my first month with Matt. He’s been on time and ready to go for each scheduled appointment- with my busy schedule, that’s really important. He places so much emphasis on correct form and movement, and constantly monitors to make sure you don’t waste a single rep. I’ve felt amazing results in a short time and I enjoy working with him. I started working out with Nick Vincent eighteen months ago after losing muscle mass due to illness. Nick helped me to regain strength and balance by designing a workout that was specific to my condition and goals. He is EXTREMELY patient and designs each workout not only to help you reach your goals, but to prevent injury and build upon your previous sessions. If you're looking for COMPLETE PT sessions that will bring out your max potential, you NEED this guy. Nick is the epitome of personal trainers. I worked with Nick for about a month. The sessions consisted of pre and post stretching, 3 sets of short HIIT exercises, and an informative diet recommendation. My goal was put my mind and body on the right track towards strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular improvement. He definitely helped me reach that goal.Through his instruction and encouragement, he knows how to exhaust all the energy out of his clients. His positivity is contagious and will push you through each exercise. He tests your limits all while making you feel completely comfortable if it is too much for you. I signed up with Nick Vincent, a personal trainer at World’s gym in Worcester MA for 2 months and it was the best training I can get to reach my goals. I wanted to lose weight and that’s what I got. I lost 14pounds with him! He motivated me and is very passionate with personal training. I’m pretty heavy weighed 241 and now I am 227. I’m happy with my results. I have been working with Matt for 2 years now. I started out extremely obese, in very poor condition physically and aerobically, and recovering from an accident, where I was immobile (non-weight bearing) for 4 months, followed by 8 months of PT, OT, etc.

I felt like I could have further progress, so I interviewed several Personal Trainers and had discussions about the challenges that I (and they) would face, due to injuries, physical limitations, etc. Ultimately, I decided to go with Matt at MCSC, because of his demonstrated knowledge, his experience, his passion and his own personal physique.

Matt lives, eats, sleeps and breathes fitness. He sets a good example by eating healthy (nearly) all the time, works out every day, works out hard and is always visible in the gym. I do not regret my decision from 2 years ago. I have lost significant weight, gained a great deal of strength and muscle, have far surpassed the expectations of the medical staff overseeing my recovery.

Matt put together a program, customized to my goals, capabilities and limitations. Over time, we stretched the outer limits, and the results for me have been nothing short of amazing. 2 years ago there were discussions about whether or not I would be able to keep my leg, due to the amount of damage, today you wouldn't be able to tell I had an injury, if you saw me walking by. This result is attributed to many partners, but largely to Matt Carol and his knowledge, dedication, positive attitude and kind personality. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you want results, in a positive and challenging environment, I would try Matt.

I’ve been training with Matt for about 3 yrs now. My results have been amazing. I’m 51 yrs old and always been active but plateaued and wasn’t improving. Matt has a scientific approach to his workouts that jump started my results. His workouts and attention to form keeps you improving and injury free. I have been working out with Matt for a while now. Working with Matt has been awesome... not a piece of cake, but a strength training work out that works. I feel better, I stand up straighter, look better. Working out with Matt has benefited my quality of life and ability to just live a life without fretting over carrying cases of water and copy paper!
