Mc personal training offers a range of different personal training packages. We offer 1 to 1 personal training and small group training up to 4 people. With each client they are put through a personalised training and nutrition plan. I don't belive in fad diets and quick fixes. I produce diet and training plans that fit in with your lifestyle.
