How long have you been in business?
I have been working in the cleaning industry for 5 years now and for the last 4 years i have been managing holiday lets which entails completing changeovers changing beds, washing linen,cleaning the properties to a 5* standard i am also a key holder for these properties which means that if someone living abroad as an example is renting out there home as a holiday let myself along with the support of my team of 10 staff members look after the bookings for the property and welcome the guests as well as complete all changeovers. we also offer welcome packs for your guests arrival. As well as managing holiday lets we also offer domestic cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, commercial cleaning and if there is anything you cant see on here that we could offer just ask and we will always do our best to accommodate.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We always bring our own equipment and supplies and we also stock all of our staff with supplies. If you have specific requirements with products used just let us know what they are and we can always use them whilst cleaning your property for example some of our clients like us to use eco products which we do carry.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always had a passion for cleaning i think this may of stemmed from watching my mother as a young child always cleaning our home and seeing the satisfaction she got from having a show home for a house. As soon as i had my own home i turned into my mother and love my home to sparkle. Myself and my staff get great satisfaction from turning someones home into a clean and fresh place to be when they don`t have the time to clean we do and understand you work hard all day and there is nothing better than coming home to a clean house. At mbtcleaning we always aim for the highest of standards.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business whilst working for a cleaning company myself and felt that the pressure they put on us as staff to just rush through jobs was unfair and was leaving the customers paying for a job not well done as staff were under pressure to cut corners which i could never do as i just have to make sure everything is done properly and that`s why i started mbt as i wanted to be able to offer a much greater service and over the years i have built up a reputation in the industry for being at the top of our game and all of our staff are trained to a 5* standard if not higher.

MBT is a family run business all of our staff are family members we all have many years experience in cleaning and housekeeping. No job is ever to small nor to big we take great pride in our work we all like to walk away from a property knowing that we would be proud to show that home off.
