Danny was great i am 56 overweighet and unfit!
He made me feel comfortable and unembarrassed which made me able to concentrate on the task in hand.
I wasnt sure about working out at home as our house is small but it was no problem.
I have lost inches and danny encourages yiu to use photos as progress tools which are really helpful do you can see a real difference
My core stability has improved so much and i am generally fitter.
I had dannys 12 week package but im looking forward to working with him again

I decided to get in touch with Danny about training as i had put on weight and needed someone who could help me with my diet as well as toning up.
I would never have achieved my level of fitness and wellness if it had not been for Danny giving me motivation to keep on going.
Danny is always very encouraging and has vast knowledge of his profession.
He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.

Having MBS as a personal trainer has been the best experience I have ever had, he managed to transform not just my body but my confidence too. His expertise in my weight loss was really help full I never thought that I could lose the stubborn body fat but Danny really changed my life. Thank you Danny for helping me and being there for me through this transformation. I highly recommend using MBS it was the best experience and now we're on to my next goal building muscle.

Brilliant personal trainer realy helped me to shed them unwanted pound's after having my second child. With brilliant instruction techniques I was able to get back my size 10 waist with in a matter of months, the step by step help with exercise videos and expert nutrition diets is all part of this great service from MBS. Would highly recommend this personal training to anybody who wants a push in the right direction to getting fit, loosing those unwanted pound's or just wants to keep in shape. With brilliant diet tips and exercise management I couldn't have asked for more. Thanx MBS !!!!

I thought I'd take the time to review a life changing experience that i just have to shout about. I'm a thirty something year old male who's constantly struggled to get the body and the confidence that's held me back for so long. So what did I do? Well set about looking for a personal trainer. To cut a long story short I came across mbs personal fitness and boy what a difference my life has now become. I got in touch with Danny at mbs and he immediately got to work on me not just with fitness training but also nutrition and mindset. Motivation and quality. Its not what you do when exercising it’s how you do it. Anyone can do a circuit, anyone can lift weights, but when it comes down to technique, performing the exercises properly is what a lot of people don’t know. This is why a lot of people need a Personal Trainer, you can go months and months of working out but seeing no results but with a Coach a long side you, I can help you see transformation within weeks.

Determination, persistence and will power. Some people may think that exercising is the hard part but exercising is merely a small percentage in your programme, it’s what you do when you’re not exercising that matters a lot. Your nutrition has a really big part to play, knowing what to eat is difficult. And you have other things to think about too, sleep and stress all of these can disrupt you from losing weight and will play some part in you being over weight in the first place.

Giving my knowledge to the people who need it, it is difficult going through these kind of transformations but while i’m there helping people taking them down a path that will change their lives forever is the best feeling in the world.
