Calm, knowledgeable, a great listener - Mike took his time getting to know me and my business before he started doing the complicated techy stuff he loves and most of the rest of us find so difficult. He combines a very comprehensive knowledge of this stuff, and web-building, with a great flair for design, and I was amazed and delighted when he quickly and efficiently bought all his skills to bear on my out-dated and ailing website. Within days it was transformed from an amateurish, self-developed, unattractive site I was embarrassed to send people to, to an attractive, modern, all functioning site I am immensely proud of!
