My experience with Mazza catering was nothing but amazing! We were staying at a house in guerneville and Christina was our lovely chef for dinner on a Friday night. We had an extra friend join in for dinner last minute and Kristina was able to accommodate my friend without any problem. From the day I scheduled her to cater for my event to the minute that she was done with our dinner, She made that experience smooth and incredible with prompt communication, catering to everyone's diets and needs as well as arriving on time and serving delicious 5 course meal! If I could give Kristina more than 5 stars I would. Being in the hospitality industry causes me to pay attention to all the little things and Kristina and her team were AMAZING! With only a couple weeks to plan my cousin's wedding, I had so much to do in very little time. The easiest part of the planning was the catering, thanks to Kristina. She gave us so many great options and worked with us until we were completely satisfied with what we were going with. During the prep, I had the pleasure of getting to know her more and not only is she so kind and professional, but what always stands out to me is someone's hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Not to mention the food itself was delicious and the staff she had were well trained and so attentive and helpful. Anyone who's looking for catering for their next event, look no further. I reached out to Mazza Catering after finding out that they did meal prep, and I am so thankful I did! Kristina is great to work with, she sent me meal options for my husband and I who have different dietary needs and was open to catering options for each of us individually. We try to meal prep on our own, but we end up eating the same thing all week.. working with Kristina she was able to provide us with a variety of options in individual portions. I can't believe how lucky we were to work with Mazza Catering for our wedding! We had an intimate outdoor dinner with 15 guests in Mendocino County. Every guest commented on how impressed they were with the menu and the service-everyone agreed that Kristina and her team made our dinner feel like a cozy home-cooked family gathering! At the very last minute, Kristina was able to cater a fundraiser event I threw at Christopher Creek Winery. The night before I realized no food had been secured for the event and so I emailed Kristina apologizing for the rushed request and she called me back to find out what options I was looking for. The next day she arrived with a wonderful smile and was happy to help us throw the event. Only with a 16 hour heads up she pulled off the BEST pizza I've had in sonoma County for an event of over 50 people! I will definitely use Kristina in the future for catering events. Brought our Work staff to Healdsburg for the day from the peninsula. My husband and I had personally been at an event the past summer and Kristina had done all the food. We loved everything. So we knew when we would have our work party that we would use Mazza Catering. We left Kristina responsible with choosing all the plates, platters etc... it looked amazing. Her food was spectacular! Everyone is still talking about it. The spare ribs melted in your mouth and the 7 spice chicken was out of this world. Everything paired perfect with the wines. We had a 5 course meal including the phenomenal cheese platters she had for us upon arrival for the first tasting. Wow! Just visited Sonoma and one of the highlights was the amazing meal that Kristina prepared for our 4-person group. After a long day of hiking and wine tasting, Kristina met us at our rental house and prepared a custom meal for our hard to cook for group (some were gluten-free, shell-fish allergies, vegan and combinations of all). Everyone was blown away by the amazing fresh food, and Kristina had even given us a mission of what wines to find during the day to complement the meal. Kristina is PHENOMENAL! She was incredibly easy to communicate with when arranging plans for our dinner at the Christopher Creek house. The best part, of course, is her delicious food! We loved every bite of our meal, and Kristina was willing to accommodate our entire group. She made a yummy gazpacho soup, a scrumptious salad, the most amazing salmon and chicken, and a heavenly dessert. Simply amazing - Christina put together a beautiful 4 course dinner at the house at Christopher Creek Winery. All the food was fresh, farm to table which really brought Napa Valley to dinner. We had both the salmon and chicken and I couldn't tell you one was better than the other because it was so delicious.
