I had so many knots in my lower back and strain in my shoulders and neck that I finally decided I was going to treat myself to a massage. Lindsey was my massage therapist. She took the time to discuss my wants and needs. She was very attentive to my troubled areas and was able to release every knot in my lower back. She promptly checked in with me making sure her pressure was on point. Even though I had a lot of troubled areas the massage was super relaxing. Her technique was excellent. You can tell she has been doing this for a while. She can really sense your troubled areas and release them without any excessive pain. I felt so much better leaving that day. You have a beautiful space. I really enjoyed the smells of essential oils, warmth of space, humidity, budha fountain, and crystal lamp glowing red. Created a calming and relaxing environment. Margaret's technique was extremely helpful and nurturing for me. IT really helped release so much built up tension in my neck and shoulders.
