MAXtech provides critical 24 hour monitoring of our network, project management, engineering, purchasing, technical support, etc. to our company. They understand the critical nature of our business and are attentive to our current needs and future infrastructure. We now have a better back-up and redundant network thanks to them. We use Maxtech as our IT specialist. Great company with special attention to detail. Their website to process work orders is my favorite thing. They are quick to fix any problems that we encounter. They can do remote sessions or they will send the tech to our office if needed. I like the yearly meetings that identify any issues that might come up or plan for the future.
