The mission of MAX Performance is to improve the people's ability to move in space by adding explosion and efficiency to their movements through strengthening the muscle fibers used in a particular movement, for a particular sport and as a by-product improve their overall conditioning and fitness level.

First we evaluate the clients strength and ability to move to ensure we address any imbalances or deficits. Then we design a program that challenges clients to reach short term milestones in the path toward their fitness goals. We work with our clients to develop a cadence of accountability and help the enjoy the process of improvement.

It's no secret that eating right and regular exercise will improve most people's health and physique. However, the power is in the details because eating right is not the same for everyone and one person's eating habits may not work for everyone.
