I went to Anne after finding Maui Waui online, and was really impressed with her portfolio. I looked at a lot of freelance designers, and while many had obvious technical skills, Anne displayed a real understanding of branding which in my opinion is the real skill of graphic design. Anne has been brilliant, we had a concept for a windows, door and conservatory company with a difference of providing quality products and a great and efficient service. We had no idea for a name and Anne came back with a brilliant design and name Gr8 glass!!!!! we loved it straight away, she then helped us with all the printing and opening a web page which we are hoping will go active soon!!! Cask Marque have been using Anne and Maui Waui for over 10 years now and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her. She designs some of our websites, point of sale materials, company brand image and other stuff too as required. We normally dump a very vague brief on her and it miraculously turns into something which normally needs very little tinkering before we go with it. She understands very well our varying requirements and turns them into stylish usable pieces of work. And all at a very reasonable price too. And no, she is not paying me to write this review!! I've used designers of one sort or another for about 30 years now and Anne Steel/Maui Waui is the only one that never misses a deadline nor goes over budget. She quotes a price and does what you ask when you ask. And in fact for smaller jobs, the turn-around time is fantastic.
