Owing to the tricky market at this time, it took longer to sell my family home than I had expected/originally anticipated. Jackie, Alex and the team really did do everything within their power and remit to secure the sale. They came recommended to me and I am grateful for all they have done throughout the entire process. It took longer than I hoped but Matthew's successfully sold my S/O Apartment. During the long process I have felt that they were prepared to go the extra mile to help me in the process to finally get it over the line considering the complex issues with the property. Big thanks to Julie at Matthews for everything you have done. The property was located in a residential block managed by Matthews. As per the other reviewers have mentioned they have been outstanding since they took over management of the site and have certainly been fighting on the side of residents all the way in making sure that the required works were carried out and paid by thoses who were liable and not the residents. We asked Matthews to sell our Chester house after having previously received extremely poor service from another much larger agent. Our experience with Matthews could not have been more positive. Sensible and informed valuation advice was reinforced by regular accompanied viewings, and successful sales negotiation. As the house was empty, sales staff also visited regularly to satisfy the expectations of our insurance company. At every stage of the sales process, communication was excellent, and the commitment, knowledge and general professionalism of the sales team was exemplary. I live in a residential block managed by Matthews who have been outstanding ever since they took over management of the site. They have been on the side of residents all the way and fought legal battles on our behalf to ensure residents don't get stung by developers and insurers for repair work. I have also used them more recently to sell my property and they have gone the extra mile to help me sell my flat despite very complex lease arrangements and difficulties with third parties.
