At Matthew's Kitchen we aim to provide a unique experience whether it's a dinner for 12, 300 or a mushroom foraging course. Our menus are heavily influenced by the seasons and what's available in the wild. We think that sustainability is very important and promote it in our cookery lessons and our catering.

Had a brilliant day yesterday out foraging with Matthew. Learnt so much and we gathered a great haul of mushrooms which we took back to clean & cook for our lunch. I have constantly changing menus from which the clients can pick and choose what they like

Having the flexibility to produce a variety of dishes with what is available throughout the year
