What do you love most about your job?
Supporting people to become more successful and fulfilled is a passion of mine. Helping people transform their lives is hugely rewarding for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Coaching has huge benefits - we gain perspective, we become accountable, we have an ally that believes in us. After being Coached myself I deeply understood the value it adds. I became more insightful, effective and fulfiled.
It was this process that inspired me to help others in the same way, whilst drawing on my own experience of eastern philosophy - wisdom gained after 25 years of hard work! Coaching enables me to channel all of my insight into one role and help others transform their lives.

Yes. Normally I use Zoom or Skype. However, I am more than happy to work with the client's preferences with regards to online or telephone Coaching.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've switched to online and not meeting one to one. This keeps everyone safe and is also very convenient.
