Matt is simply the best. He is extremely knowledgeable in how to target each and every muscle. He's also creative at coming up with different exercises so it never becomes too routine. My daughter and I started working with Matt weekly in July of 2020 for stretch therapy and personal training and we couldn't be happier. I have back issues and my daughter is undergoing chemo treatments for cancer. Matt is extremely knowledgable with the body and understands how to modify his training to achieve optimal results. I can't recommend Matt any more highly as a personal trainer. If you want to lose weight, transform your body and overall feel better about yourself then Matthew is your Personal Trainer. I have been working with him for over a year and half. I have lost over 30 pounds, toned my body and built up muscle strength. But most importantly, I feel really good about myself. Matthew pushes you hard but also has a great sense of humor so workouts fly by. He never gives up on improving your routine and making sure your body adapts well from diet to better stretching techniques. He is always there for you in-person to virtually. My name is Matt Laurie and my philosophy focuses on continual education within the field of Exercise Science, which I will use to not only expand my own knowledge base, but to enhance the way of life of my clientele and those that surround them. By empowering my clients with the skills, exercise techniques, knowledge and support they need to reach the level of fitness they desire, as well as showing them the value of their own hard work on a daily basis, I know that a fun, long-lasting client-trainer relationship can be maintained for years to come.

I love working with People and getting to know them/getting to the heart of why they are embarking on their own fitness journey. I also love the scheduling freedom, and having the free time to put towards building a plan for each of my clients.

I was inspired to start my own business because of was tired of the monotony of reporting to a gym 8 hours a day only to not make the money I deserved to make. I knew a change was needed.

I feel I should be chosen because I am the perfect mix of a fun and enjoyable fitness experience combined with a little tough love. My goal is not to break you in half or over exert you but rather to take you to an uncomfortable place during your session where changes both mentally and physically can happen.

I provide virtual services via Zoom or Facetime ! All sessions are 1 hr. in duration.

My Precision Nutrition certification allows me the opportunity to sit down with clients / prospective clients on a weekly basis to discuss what you’re eating now, what and how much you need to eat, and how I can best help you do that.
