Matt was superb. He was recommended to us by our wedding venue and we couldn't be happier with the video and photographs that he captured throughout our wedding day. Wedding photographers can sometimes have a reputation of being a bit in your face and intrusive but Matt was not at all like that. He blended into the background and his ability to go unnoticed as he photographed meant that the photos were natural and not posed or forced at all. He arrived early and stayed much later than we expected. Matt was incredibly efficient with editing the video and photographs and we are so impressed with what he produced. On the day we were reluctant to do too many lovey dovey photos of the two of us but with Matt's relaxed and laid back manner we were actually really comfortable and they have turned out to be some of our favourite pictures!Our family and friends have all commented on how great the photographs are and we would strongly recommend Matt to any couples getting married. We found Matt after reading some good reviews online and checking out the beautiful photographs on his blog. We arranged to meet Matt and soon realised how passionate about photography he is. His attention to detail and enthusiasm made it an easy decision to book him for our day. We initially unsure about having an engagement shoot but we are so very glad we did as it was a lot of fun and made us feel much more relaxed about the big day. Used Matt twice now, firstly to do a shift photograph for a colleague who was retiring and then for a photo shoot with my fiancée and our dog. The massive difference between the two shoots demonstrates the versatility of this amazing photographer. Matt is the ultimate professional. Punctual, attentive and with a keen eye for the perfect shot. We have so many lovely, perfectly timed natural pictures now thanks to Matt. Though he specialises in child shoots and weddings, Matt worked a miracle photographing our dog Blaze. Never met a photographer so keen to please and get the absolute perfect image that you desire, Matt is very polite and will make you feel at ease straight away. Matthew did a fantastic job in capturing our wedding. We are over the moon with our photos. His pictures allowed us to relive our wedding and see all the details we missed on the day. His style is just so beautiful! He captured every emotion, colour, expression and detail. An excellent photographer! From booking Matt until the last snap taken at the end of the day - Matt has been an absolute pleasure to work with. On the day he was really attentive and got every shot perfectly, felt like we had known him for years, we had asked for candid photography and he listened to every request we had. I recently received my wedding photo's from Matthew and I am so pleased with the end result. I could not have asked for anything more from Matthew. He was really professional but laid back on the day resulting in some gorgeous natural photographs and it definitely wasn't awkward. We knew from the moment we booked with Matthew for our wedding photography that we had made the right choice, after our initial message we received a reply in 6 minutes! Now obviously this isn't going to happen all the time but for comparison after getting in touch with some other photographers for details it took them over a week to get back to us so the reply straight away was just brilliant. Myself and my partner decided to have some pre wedding photographs done as a friend of ours who married last year had some done and we loved the idea so we arranged with Matthew to visit our wedding venue and the photographs are brilliant it made us so much more excited for the big day. When the day finally arrived the day was so busy filled with so much going on we really didn't even get much time to speak to Matthew but he was there throughout the day photographing literally everything! Top photographer! We took our little girl when she was a week old and the photographs are just beautiful. We spent a long time searching for a photographer and we are certain that we made the right choice.

The session lasted over 4 hours but we got to sit back and just watch with a coffee. The whole experience was great to be able to watch my little girl sleep so peacefully during. Matthew is very talented and we will be coming back for the 6 month session you offer.

Matthew is the best photographer I have ever come across, seriously. I originally sent an email enquiry via the website with some queries I had as on a number of previous occasions I have paid allot of money and been very unhappy with the photographs I received after the session.

2 hours after I sent my enquiry I had a reply in my inbox addressing all my concerns and offering to pay nothing until I saw the finished photographs, for me this was a huge deal breaker as I had nothing to loose.

To cut a long story short, the photoshoot was excellent! My little baby boy and 4 year old girl were happy and laughing during the shoot and there are no horrible awkward poses.

Matthew was the photographer for my winter wedding at the end of 2014. I found him through google originally and scheduled a meeting the same week as I had left things a little late. The services was great from the original meeting I was filled with confidence that he was the photographer for me and on the day he couldn't have done more for me.
