I work out with Matt twice a week. He's been a great coach and while keeping me focused and motivated, he also keeps it light and funny.
I'm seeing great results from working with him, which in turn has kept me going further and further with my changing goals.

Matt designed me a workout plan through his online training services. I am currently on week 2 and I can honestly say it has been a pleasure so far having Matt as my trainer. It's great to have him there to help motivate and coach you on how to get the best workout and closer to your fitness dreams! I would seriously recommend his programing and coaching to anyone. I do Matt's Glutecamp classes Monday's, Wednesday's and Saturday's and I can say in the short time I've been doing this, I find I have more energy, more strength and more stability. He goes around to each person making sure their form is correct. Everyone is important to him and he thrives on making everyone achieve their goals. He makes his classes a lot of fun (playing awesome music helps a lot lol). I am also meeting a lot of wonderful people. I recommend this to EVERYONE!!! If I can do it any one can. Matt and I have been working together for a few months now. He totally opened my eyes to feeling powerful in my body. Getting hard work done each session all the while still relating to everyday life struggles and encouraging healthy self talk. When I first came to Matt, I was no longer happy with myself or my body. I lacked self confidence and generally just did not like who I had become. I have known Matt for a very, very long time, and knew that he would be the best person to go to. On our first meeting, Matt made note of my goals and mobility ranges in order to create a meal plan and a customized workout that would work best for me to reach my goals. Matt cares deeply about each and every one of his clients and does his best to make sure that they are getting the most out of what he has to offer, whether it be switching up the routine, ensuring that you are doing the exercises correctly or teaching you about the mechanics of your body and what each exercise is focusing on. There was never a time where a word of encouragement or reassurance wasn’t offered when I wasn’t sure of what I was doing or didn’t think I could push through and complete the exercise. Never once did I feel uncomfortable, which is an integral component of becoming the best version of yourself that you can be.

In the 6 months that I have worked with him, I have unleashed a stronger, leaner, healthier and more confident version of myself that I haven’t seen in many years. Matt is very knowledgeable with his craft, and all of this would not have been possible without him by my side. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. Thank you for believing in me!

I have been working with Matt for a year now and from the moment I did have my first meeting with him, I knew I made the right choice in investing in his personal training sessions. Matt understood what my goals were and was willing to work with me on this journey. His custom approach to each of his clients and the changing up of programs have help me in my weight loss journey with him. Matt brings a personal and focused touch to our sessions that is helping me achieve my goals while still making our sessions fun.
