I offer basic puppy training including; house training, socialising, recall, basic obedience, temperament training, buying and bringing home advice.
For older dogs I offer obedience and trick training. I deal with behavioural problems such as separation anxiety, aggression towards other dogs, excessive barking, jumping up, nurturing rescue dogs, anxiety and more.

We booked Matt for the puppy foundation course, which was 4 x one hour weekly visits to our home. He was so knowledgeable and brilliant, we booked another 4 sessions. Our puppy fell in love with him and just adored learning from Matt. Our puppy is now 20 weeks old and has a wonderful calm about him and really wants to please. He sits, stays, lies down, walks well on the lead, and is 90% there on recall when off the lead. We may have Matt back in the New Year to perfect our puppy's recall, but we are so pleased with just how much Matt has achieved already. A BIG thank you to Matt. Not so much our 4 yr old jack Russel/ chiauha Poppy who needed training, but more us as owners Matt was so patient & completely focussed on Poppy all the time. Had 4 1-1 sessions & all our friends have commented on the difference in Poppy. She is now so happy having boundaries back in place, the barking at people passing by has almost completely ceased. His reward system & gentle approach have really helped Poppy & it's now down to us to stay consistent. Matt has been our god send - we have taken on two west highland pups - brothers and we were completely out of depth. What do you love most about your job?
There's a huge amount of satisfaction is helping owners to train their new puppy properly and knowing they will have a harmonious and positive life together. I always feel a little sad when I have to say goodbye to each pup.
When dealing with problematic jobs I love that I can help restore a good relationship with the owner and reduce the stress their and their dog's life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm self-employed because I've never enjoyed dealing with corporate bosses!
Why should our clients choose you?
I use entirely positive training methods. People often comment on how calm I am when dealing with their problems dogs. I absolutely love training dogs and teaching their owners how to do what I do.
