How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Garages attached or away from the house can both be converted to living spaces as long as size is allows
Planning permission and building regs are. Usually required but this can be easily sorted out by speaking to the local planning office

First job to get an idea of what you want from the conversion

Find builder you feel happy and comfortable to carry out the job

I have been self employed for 15 years from the age of 27 working as a sub contractor
and as a main contractor I have been involved in construction since I left school

I love my job as I get to work on all different jobs and not same day in day out also get a lot of satisfaction in seeing what I have done at the end of job
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business as I got made redundant from a job and have always wanted my own company and had the funds to do it at the time
