I contacted Jim Baker via email with a couple questions I had regarding LLC formation from another country as well as some tax questions. Jim promptly responded back and gave me full answers, asked questions I did not think of and was generally helpful. He charged me nothing for our back and forth exchange which was great and more than I can say for the couple other accountants I contacted who wanted hundreds of dollars upfront to answer a few different questions. Eldar was very helpful and he is really knowledgeable, they say that you truly know a subject when you can explain it to others, I believe this to be true. As a non-resident I was very confused when I decided to open my business in the US, the system here is completely different. I was recommended to Eldar by a friend of mine who had worked with him before and she mentioned that he was the best.
