Capital Office have provided my business with a registered office and meeting room service from 2014 to March 2018. The main office and meeting rooms are situated in a very convenient location whilst also being in close proximity to the tube line i use. The service they have provided my business with has been exceptional and the primary reason we decided to leave Capital Office was due to the fact our business had grown to such an extent that we could now afford to rent our own office. Happy to write a review for Capital Office; They are a very professional team who provide a solid service for a very affordable price. I had an issue with a pervious "mail forwarding company", i had used prior to signing up with Capital. However since using Capital Office i am happy to say my business post issues have stopped and they have been very consistent. What I do like is that I can speak to the team and I actually now know them in person thanks to visits to their smart offices in London - which is a nice touch. I have been a customer for over a year and I can say I have always had a positive experience with Capital Office. The staff have been friendly and more importantly knowledgeable.
I recently made some changes to my account, added an additional address service and I needed to confirm a few things on the phone. Thankfully I spoke to a very friendly woman who was extremely helpful, she explained in detail how the service would work, and all the additional costs involved.

Lovely office with a friendly team. Having used Capital Office for about 8 months now, i have been very impressed with how they have handled my calls and post.
I have always enjoyed visiting the office and speaking to their friendly team. I often have the odd parcel arrive, and each time I have had a different request on how to process this; I like to visit the office if i’m in London, but sometimes I ask them to forward to my address.
Nothing is to much trouble with this team, I recommend this company and the staff that work there, well done!

I've just ended my contract with Capital Office due to moving, but I just wanted to say what a pleasure they've been to work with.
Always helpful, always prompt. Any questions I've had have been thoroughly answered, and even though I've had to (unwillingly) cancel the service due to my move, there was no pushiness or change in the way that I was dealt with. Thank you, Capital Office for your 5* service! If I ever move back to the UK, I will be back!
