Joel and Melanee are amazing which is why they have been in business for so long. They renovated 2 of my bathrooms 7 years ago so they were a logical choice to use again since after 2 renters, our bathrooms still looked amazing. They renovated my kitchen seamlessly. Loved the work James and his crew did over a year and a half ago. But most amazingly, when I had a problem, due to me putting a bleach tablet in a higher end toilet, James did everything anyone could to get my toilet fixed. Even after Koehler sent the wrong part THREE TIMES, James persisted and got my toilet fully functioning...right before Christmas and 15 guests in my house! I highly recommend Master Kitchen and Baths, and I rarely rate anyone since I am highly critical. Every business should have this work ethic! More...

We are so thankful that a close friend of ours recommended Master Kitchen and Bath when we decided to re-model our kitchen.
Our end to end experience was terrific. Every appointment was kept. Every permit arrived on time and, despite some challenges presented by our aging home, all the work was completed with a high degree of craftsmanship as scheduled.
Our thanks goes out to Jaye initially for all her efforts in coordinating the work and for her responsiveness to our needs.
We're especially grateful to Mario and Slavic who were absolutely meticulous with everything they touched. From hanging cabinets to installing new woodwork and decorative trim. They truly are 'masters' of their trade.
A shout out is also deserved for Dan who exhibited great skill while installing back-splash tiles.
Counter tops were cut and installed perfectly as well.
Equally impressive was the care the entire team took to protect floors and furniture throughout our home to ensure there was no damage anywhere.
If you're planning a kitchen re-design, you'll be hard pressed to find a better company and team to work with.

Just to say that I'm happy with my kitchen wouldn't be enough! I am extremely pleased and satisfied.
From the moment I entered the showroom, I was treated with the utmost care and concern.
The designer, Jaye Persaud is truly most professional and designed a beautiful kitchen. She was attentive to the scheduling of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and tile installers, who all did their work to perfection.
The owner, Joel Carriero, was at my home every day to ensure the work was done perfectly.
I would recommend them whole-heartedly.

Back in March, after doing my research and learning from prior experience, I stopped by Master Kitchen & Baths showroom to get ideas about remodeling my kitchen.
From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the graciousness and professionalism of Melissa who showed me around, answered my questions, and set up an appointment to meet with Jaye, the designer.
Jaye...thank you!!! Your expertise and your creativity transformed my old, cramped, outdated tiny kitchen to a light, airy, functional and modern space! And, it's BEAUTIFUL! Also, thank you for always taking the time to answer any question or concern I had about the process.
Gutting out an old kitchen and remodeling was a lot painless than I expected. Joel and James, the owners, were there throughout the process, and all the work crews - carpenters, tile, flooring, electricians and plumber - were great! Everyone was prompt, courteous and professional. In 3 weeks, my kitchen was completed...and under budget!
Without hesitation, I would recommend anyone who is looking to renovate a kitchen or bathroom to go to Master Kitchen and Baths.

If we have to describe how we feel about kitchen remodel experience with Master Kitchens & Baths, we just need two words. Top Notch ! Entire staff is pleasant to work with. Journey started with first meeting with designer Jaye. She understood our needs and presented design which we liked immediately. She was just not ready with design but was fully prepared to show us Cabinet, counter top and floor tile she picked for us. Needless to say, we loved it. People they are working with (Plumber, Electrician and Carpenter) are professionals and they know what they are doing. You really want Dane, tile installer, for your project to install floor tiles and back splash. He is an amazing craftsman! At least one person (Jaye, Joel or James) visit site every day to check work progress and always available if you have any question. They completed our dream kitchen on time (just 21 days) as promised. We would definitely recommend them for Kitchen project. More...
