The first time I went in I was helped by Adriana one of the sales people. She was so helpful and got back to me so quickly with an estimate that my husband and I decided to go with them. We decided to go with a custom kitchen. There were some glitches during the process, but everyone always had a positive and professional attitude and really tried to work things out so that we would be satisfied with the end result. STOP!!!!! Master Kitchen has it all: PEOPLE, PRODUCT & PRICE. I had been researching having my kitchen redone for 4 months. I was very through in my quest to have my kitchen updated. Master Kitchen did an excellent job on designing and installing our kitchen cabinets and countertops. What I liked is that they listened to our needs and came up with a functional kitchen. I will admit I was hesitant in the beginning due to so many horror stories with other contractors in South Florida. But the owner (Ricardo) gave us his word that the work will be done professionally and if there were any problems it would be taken care of. After meeting with Ricardo, I felt at ease.During the project I occasionally looked at how the installer worked and it became clear to me that the installer took pride in his work. It was like he was building the kitchen for himself. The granite installer was the same way! I had a great experience with Master Kitchen. I was on a tight schedule and I had to travel for a whole month. I trusted them to go in my place, redo the kitchen completely unsupervised. I was afraid when I get back that might not like something, since I wasn't there to supervise the process. I had the completely opposite reaction! I walked in and it felt like those TV shows they come and redo the place. My kitchen was beautiful and they worked out all the unforeseen situations. We just completed a total kitchen remodel with Master Kitchen and could not be more pleased. They were dependable, provided skilled workmen, completed the kitchen ahead of schedule and overall exceeded our expectation. Rodrigo, the contractor, was thorough.
