Master Clean

We had to relocate from Indiana to Texas for my work. We initially kept the Indiana house to make sure the move was a good one. When we decided to sell the house in Indiana we were faced with the challenges of coordinating work long distance. There were a couple providers we contracted with that took advantage of this distance but not MasterClean!! From our initial contact through final payment MaterClean staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and patient. Teresa was amazing to work with. She explained all the pricing, helped us figure out an estimated cost, scheduled the work for a day/time that worked well for us, and went above and beyond to help us when we had to reschedule, not once but twice, due to other work not being completed on time. John contacted my wife when he was on his way and arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He was friendly and professional. We had all carpets clean and deodorized as well as all the tile and grout cleaned; John did a fantastic job! He was quick but thorough. Meredith made final payment easy and stress-free. Masterclean did an excellent on my carpets. I had my whole house cleaned. They were able to get rid of the spots from my cat and dog without any problems. The carpet looks like new.
