My firm has been a client of MassPay for several years. There is something very comforting knowing that firm that processes my payroll gives so much back to the community. They employ local workers, pay county and municipal taxes (which helps our schools) and support local charities, such as Fed Up With Cancer and North Shore United Way among many others. MassPay has been great! We use their services for two small businesses and they are soooo reliable! Their rates are fair, and their customer service is excellent. I know I have met Marie and she is wonderful, so kind and friendly and knowledgeable. It's so great working with a company that understands our needs and also explains each step of the process. Also, I joined in on a free webinar they provided that was partnered with a local law office (I don't have my notes in front of me so I can't remember the name but will happily give them a review as well) and it was so easy and informative. They walked us through the changes in the MA sick leave laws. In tandem they went through explaining each portion of the law all the way down to what that means for liability and payroll. It was so easy to follow and understand, seriously great job! Thank you so much for being a company that is genuinely likable and not solely focused on being liked. I have used MassPay for both my restaurnants for 5+ years now. They are professional, prompt and informed on all issues pertaining to my business including, HIrd filings, unemployment, tax witholdings and tip calculations. They have been a godsend to me in that I know I am compliant with ALL current laws/regulations and never late with tax payments and filings. On several occasions they have recommended other vendors for related products like insurance and advised me on employee health benefits. The time they save me weekly is huge.
