This is a must if visiting or living in London. Naz and the staff are outstanding, keeping you well informed and answer any and all questions you may have. That just starts what is guaranteed to be excellent service. My therapist was the best i have experienced. Liya is a true professional with a relaxing/calming demeanor and unmatched skills in the art of massage. This is in complete contrast to another review by a client whom offers a different opinion. In my case, Liya was not available at my requested time either but privided an alternate time, just as had been done on the critical review. Naz was outstanding in relaying and informing of this change. I see nowhere in the site that a particular therapist will guarantee to be to you in an hour, as Hassan review claimed. This is a well ran by mansgent company and Liya may ne busy. ad she is the best in my opinion, but unprofessional is far from true with this business or theralist. Liya tailored my massage to my needs, adjusting pressure where and when needed relieving stress I was previously unaware was even present. The complete professional, Liya is intelligent, carries a broad array of conversation while skillfully reducing those stubborn knots. The hour ended with me ot just pleased with the massage but feeling like a person not just a client. This level of professionalism cannot be trained, Liya is hands down the best in the business. I'd never tried this service before and was a little bit nervous, but I was staying away and I had woken up with bad neck and back pain. It was also a Sunday. Within less than 90 minutes my masseuse, Radka, was at my hotel and she was absolutely brilliant. Brought everything she needed with her too. After having a few massages from this website, it’s now the only website I use to book massages. It’s 2018 but still there are some websites where booking things is hard, but I found it easy on massage joy. I have to say my last massage with them was probably my best ever massage. I had a tight feeling in my upper back for weeks (I use computers 70 hours a week, is probably why!). I told the girl (Ellie it was) that and she gave the area special attention with her magic hands. Feels much better now, worth the price for that alone.It’s also the small little touches, like how they warm the massage oil using their hands first. Hate people that pour a load of cold oil on me. Booked a massage with MassageJoy for the first time today just wanted to say what an incredible experience today was! I was able to arrange for a massage on the same dayand the system was easy to use. I was a bit nervous because I’d never had a masseuse come to the house before so I rang them to double check things once I’d booked and Naz was super informative and put my mind at ease.
