Sports Massage is for those who are active/sports person or those who would benefit from deeper style of massage. The treatment is more specific for injuries or preventative and maintenance rather than a traditional full body massage. Often those who are in training for sporting events ie running, cycling may wish to have ongoing treatments prior and after to reduce the possibility of injuries.

Deep Tissue Massage is a full body treatment that is for those who prefer more intensive massage using forearm, long sweeping strokes and elbows.
