I had a stiff , painful shoulder with restricted movement. I booked a deep tissue massage with Ida . After only one session my shoulder now moves freely and is completely pain free. The experience has been both pleasant and beneficial, and I would highly recommend her services, and will not hesitate to visit again with any future problems.
