Today was the first time I get massage here in years. I made my appointment online and the day before I received a text confirming which was very convenient. I read a few reviews on how the girls in the front desk were rude so I was ready for it but I was very impressed with BOTH girl they were very sweet and attentive they asked me several times if I wanted water and if I needed anything. My masseuses was Edwin and he is AWESOME!! I haven't felt so refreshes and untangled in ages. He has magical hands worked every knot I had. Edward gave me my first massage he was very professional kind respectful always made sure everything was at my comfort level not forceful at all and throughout my entire 60 minute massage with him he told me what he was doing and to always let him know if anything was painful and if it was he informed me what it meant and how I could relive it on my own at home. If I could give him 10 stars I would. And his neck massage he gave me wow ! My headaches went away so quick they we great I would recommend him and the 20 percent tip is not nearly enough to tip this man for his amazing work thank you Edward and the whole massage envy team all great from beginning to end ! I've been a member of massage envy on and off for many years. It has always provided a reasonable price for select services. I've always had decent masseuses, nothing to write home about, but they get the job done. This was my first time at the Miami Lakes location where I met a masseuse named Barbara. She is by far the best masseuse I've ever encountered. You can tell she loves what she does. You can feel her energy through ever touch, going through each finger into your skin with the intent to heal. It really was out of this world. It is hard to find a passion for something, and especially be able to happily do it for a living. It is nice to experience someone who understands the art of a massage. This will be my permanent location and my go to girl from now on. Besides the massage, the girls at the front desk were very polite and well mannered. I love this location. I have tried several ones and they were not the same. I've been a memeber for about 4 years. I have tried different type of massages, not everyone likes the same type of massages. That is why it's important to let the front employees know what type of massage you're looking for. Rosa and Zenaida are absolutely amazing !!! They both really take their time and focus on whatever you need to make you feel better . .I go regularly with Zenaida and she always goes above and beyond to make sure I always leave satisfied. The same thing could be said about Rosa who is very sweet and caring ! My last appointment with Rosa I went in barely being able to walk because of lower back pains and came out a brand new person with no pains AT ALL !! She really focused on my lower back and spent a lot of time in it to make sure I left 100%  ! Absolutely in love with these two therapist..their schedule is usually pretty booked since they are so amazing!!! but please do yourself a favor and book an appointment with one of these superstars !!! Another great session today with Hope!  She is fantastic!!  I suffer from chronic pain with ITBS.  My leg and hip muscle spasm and I'm in agony.  Lucky for me, Hope knows exactly how to massage that area and relax the muscle.  She is a miracle worker.  I will say the key to getting a good massage is communication.  The client MUST tell the therapist where the pain is, how much pressure is enough And what feels good and what doesn't.  I think many people get bad massages because they fail to communicate with the therapist.  I am thrilled with Hope and know that I will continue to see her on a regular basis! My husband and I have been members previously of this location and also continue to visit when we can.  Amazing does not describe the staff and the overall experience and ambiance.  We always leave so satisfied with the attention we get.  Last week we went in for another couples massage and a facial for myself (using a Mother's Day package he purchased).  Staff is always courteous the massages are just to die for and the facial (my first) was heavenly.  They go over all your history, likes, dislikes and cater to your needs.  I will continue to go and I highly recommend for anyone interested in an amazing massage or facial to please check this location out.  You will not be disappointed!!! I am a member of massage envy for almost a year now or maybe I've reached the year. Not sure.. Lol!! I have had nothing but great experiences with them. . My masseuse is awesome. (Rafael). Everyone is courteous. I don't go every month but the massages rollover, so there are months I go twice. Which is amazing. You can usually book appointments same day but when you use a specific masseuse it's better to book in advance.. I haven't tried the facials yet, but I am looking for to that soon. More...

My Therapist Anibal was AMAZINGGGGGG!!!!!  I am so happy the receptionist recommended him for my deep tissue.   He was very professional and when I said deep, he sure knew exactly how to do it, it hurt a little but I like it!    Now  I am speaking about the massage for those dirty minded out there.....hahahahhaa!  No but for real, go to Anibal if you need a a deep tissue or anything else.
