The office staff that night was kind of strange. The girls were wearing short shorts.
No I'd name tags they spoke to fast . On the upside I had a wonderful and caring message her name was Ms Vance I need to return .

I have been a member for going on 4 yrs. I have facials every month by Taylor, as far as I'm concerned there is no one else but her. Being a member and getting facials is a really great deal, monthly membership is $60 and you all know, if you've checked it out, how much facials go for. There is no up charge. I had the best massage I have had so far by a wonderful lady named Haley on friday. The pressure was excellent, the conversation was not too much not too little. I have been going to Message Envy for over 3 years and I love it !
I have been fortunate enough to get Tracy the majority of the time she is awesome (no pun intended but hands down the best)

I don't usually write reviews because I am a believer in the customer is always right but I do find that customer service is a dying art these days so when I find it, I want to shout if from the rooftops! ! I am so impressed with Heather at the Clive location of Massage Envy that I just have to sing her praises even though it might make her so popular that I won't be able to get in to see her when I want/need to! Heather is so professional, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and talented in her skills. I have had appointments where I needed extra attention on a should or wrist or just wanted an overall relaxing but productive massage and Heather hits the mark EVERY SINGLE TIME! She begins every session with asking me what I want and where I would like her to spend her time and efforts. Since my body's needs are always changing, Heather is great to respond accordingly with what she focuses on during my session. I always have a 1 1/2 hour long session and find that it flies by leaving me in much better shape than when I arrive. Heather also gives me suggestions on what stretches I can do at home to help continue to feel better once my session with her is done. I have been going to massage envy for the last 4 years and have always been a satisfied customer. However today my therapist went above and beyond. I had to cancel my appointment last weekend due to a child's sickness and had to reschedule for today with someone else because my therapist was already booked. When I went in today I was greeted by my therapist Natasha (who is awesome) and she explained how she moved some things around so she could be with me today. The front desk and Natasha did not have to do this at all, I didn't even ask, but they went out of there way to do something just to make my day. I have never had a negative experience in my time there (even through new ownership and a remodel,which can be tough) and continue recommend them to friends and family. You guys do such a great job of taking care of your customers and have made me a customer for life!! More...

This business contacted me after my review, asking me to contact them directly through a customer feedback link, which I did. Radio silence from them for three business days now. I was finally contacted by a member of management from this location. They issued a credit to my wife's account to equal the number of services I was lead to believe she was getting. They also added an upgrade to her next message for free. She went to a facial appointment this morning and said the experience was absolutely wonderful. Had an amazing massage the first time around, the second time was not as great. I don't get much out of having my legs or face rubbed and even though that was in my profile, the 2nd masseuse seemed to focus on these 2 areas. So far it's been a crapshoot.

We had a great experience coming here. They were pretty busy during Mother's day weekend but I was still able to snag two facial appointments at the same time. When we arrived they were already expecting us and had all the paperwork we needed to fill out ready for us. I had Corrie and she was fantastic with my facial. She was so gentle with the facial and the massage. She listened to my facial issues with oil and acne and made the determination to give me a Vitamin C facial. It was great! My skin looks great even the day after the facial.  The room was very comfortable and the bed was a perfect temperature. I was so relaxed that I was a bit startled to find out my time was up and it was over. Corrie was so hospitable that after my facial she came out to give me a little bottle of water as I was settling the bill. So nice of her!The only thing that wasn't relaxing was when I heard someone opening boxes or breaking down boxes outside my room (or the hallway where the noise carried down to my room).  That was a bit distracting.I would definitely come back here again if I'm visiting the area. I have been to Massage Envy in Indianapolis before. I like that they ask you what kind of pressure you like before scheduling your appointment. It is very affordable. Everyone is always nice. The great thing is they have so many people on hand that if your massage therapist is not the right fit for you, you can try another. I am happy to say that Sadie at the Clive location is incredible especially if you like a very firm massage. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I look forward to coming in to see her and not just because of the massage. She has given me great advice to apply at home and it's working out well. More...

I like the club program they offer because it's great for traveling when in other cities. Hours are also excellent. It could have more of a spa feel as the walls are pretty thin and you can hear doors opening/closing and people talking.
