What do you love most about your job?
I get to help people who have experienced complex trauma across the lifespan. Once they have overcome difficulties in their life I enable they to produce a vision board to map out the new direction as they develop mental toughness emotional resilience and eventually peak performance
What inspired you to start your own business?
My parents set up their own business in 1949 with £10. They bought a container of socks and went on to build a successful hardware and drapery business. As my own boss I can divide my time so that a healthy work life balance is achieved.

My SF-EMDR is unique and I will soon be teaching other therapists how to learn this top down and bottom up reprocessing integrative trauma focused Psychotherapy.
