Go to Pilates with Ailson Hogan in the Pilates Studio. She is the best. Not really a gym person but took it brilliantly, even if I say so myself, that's because Alison is a great coach, teacher, motivator and instructor. Her classes are amazing. I organised a course in Bowen Therapy to be run here last weekend. The venue was terrific! 15 of us in the room felt comfortable and great learning and practising was achieved. The staff were so helpful and concerned that everything was right for us. I really recommend it as a learning space - I've done many courses in the Inspiration room, and enjoyed every one of them.
