We worked twice with this company and all I can say is that I will not hesitate to work with them again and again. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They answered all my questions patiently, explained everything in detail, were very quick to reply. Although our order was relatively small, they treated it very seriously and were so kind too work out some shipping requirements we had from our end. As to the quality of their products, it's really good. We have like zero complaints because they did exactly what we needed. Plus the prices are great. My restaurant was getting new menus, which is a hugely stressful and tedious process. Once they were designed, I was looking for a printer that would use a thick synthetic material that was tear proof and waterproof so they could be cleaned. I was SO nervous. The price was competitive, and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out. I'M SO EXCITED! They were also extraordinarily patient with me through the process of us changing the print date, over and over, and it was quick and easy. We are a non-profit community chorus in Aurora Illinois and this was the first time we have used M&M for our programs. I give them 5 stars for customer service and product. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient with us as we had 5 different people chiming in for approval. The programs turn out better than we expected and for much, much lower cost than we have paid for in the past. The paper was top quality and heavier weight than we have used in the past.
