Awfull company , engineers are not well trained to solve the issue though will put you in another issue and then will over charge to fix it . Beware please . Nice reply buddy . Heard a lot about your false claims, explained everything on the phone call . Even we have all the details . Threatening us you don't care about the reviews and blamed for bullying. I would definitely recommend Marshall Gas to anyone looking to have air conditioning installed in their home. Steve was very quick to come out to quote and answer any questions. price was very competitive and steve also pulled out all the stops to have both units in and installed ahead of planned hot weather(meaning a very late finish on a saturday to get the job done!). if your on the fence about getting air con installed definitely get in touch with Marshall Gas for a chat! I had about 4 quotes for a new boiler all of which were well over £2k (one for £4k!) But Marshall Gas came in well below all of them. I have to be honest, I was a little worried, Would I "get what I paid for"? Would I get poor service? How are they doing it for so much less than others? I needn't have worried! Steve was awesome, he explained everything, was very professional and a really nice guy. Then Luke came and installed the boiler and did a fantastic job, our boiler works perfectly, our hot water and heating has never been so good! I 100% recommend Marshall Gas, great local company, will definitely be using again for servicing and for future work we want done. Had a reminder to have my gas serviced and Marshall Gas were able to come the very next day. Ian arrived and found something is wearing but does not need attention yet. He explained it all very clearly. He did a thorough job and left everywhere as he found it. I chose Marshall Gas to install a new boiler, disable two old gas fireplaces and install a box around my gas meter. I was really impressed with how Steve conducted his survey for the work. He came, asked what I wanted to do, walked around the house to analyse the property and we spoke a bit after about the job at hand. I received the quote shortly after, it was all very efficient. I confirmed on a Sunday I was going to go with them, by the end of the next day, all work had been completed on the property. New Boiler Installation Steve installed a new boiler, several radiators and a Nest controller in October 2022. The communication was great from start to finish; and the new system has been running smoothly since the installation. The job involved moving the boiler in an existing kitchen cupboard to improve access. I really appreciated the effort that Steve and co took to add some very neat carpentry to make the boiler surround look really neat. Couldn’t rate this company higher if I tried. Really helpful guys and open communication from day one. The lads that came to fit the boiler were so respectful and caring and just overall 10/10. I was heavily pregnant when they came and they were very thoughtful of myself and my dogs the whole time. Even tried to keep the noise down while I napped on the sofa, so sweet! Always told us what they were doing and what the plan was from start to finish. If you ever need a boiler, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I’d give 10 stars if it was possible :) More...

A week before Christmas and we needed a new boiler, freezing weather meant there were some ridiculously high quotes coming back to us (a true supply demand price hike). We contacted Marshall Gas Ltd who were honest and prompt. They came out and looked at the job and quoted on the Thursday, and were able to supply and fit on the Monday. My boiler died and Marshall Gas’s quote was the best, plus Steve was very professional and knowledgeable, and able to install within 2 weeks. Steve and his team worked tirelessly all day, which was made tougher being a 3 storey house and everything had to go to the top floor, but that didn’t affect the quality of work. To save money we used a Cherry picker rather than scaffolding to replace the flue pipe on the roof, and that went very smoothly. There was one issue but Steve popped back straight away and fixed it. NEW BOILER INSTALLATION. Great service from start to finish. Quote was extremely good, everything was explained as to what we needed. Out of four other quotes, Marshall Gas came out on top. On the day of installation Steve and his colleague worked from breakfast to evening time. They also fitted fifteen TRV's, all work completed with no mess, disruption or damage. Everything cleared and taken away. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his team and he will be our regular go to for all our future needs.
