Biased review. Got married here and can only say the best things. Agothe (spelling might be wrong) was great the day of, and frankly Erika (also spelling might be wrong apologies! ) Was the most amazing resource and overall person I can't say enough great things about her. And I feel awful but our bar tender who's name I can't recall, probably a good sign, was so on top of everything it was astonishing. If you want to get married here this setting, the people, the coordination, honestly it was perfect. These ladies and gentlemen are amazing. I didn't even realize the help that I needed as a bride until I walked through the door on my wedding day with my arms full of stuff and immediately Erika and Agathi took my bags from me and asked me what I needed. They sat with me until the ceremony, got me water, made sure I didn't have to worry about a single thing and also coordinated everyone getting their mason jars, that our flowers were in, back. I didn't have to worry about a single freaking thing on my wedding day.Erika planned everything for me, and all I had to do was fill in the blanks. Large flexible indoor outdoor space for weddings and other big events. We loved it so much that we are having my daughter's 300-person wedding here. The staff is also fantastic.

Doing this review as a DJ. What a great venue with great staff. Very well ran and organized. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to host a wedding reception or party. For DJ's, I strongly encourage a 3rd wireless speaker on the far side of the room so guests can hear announcements and introductions. More...

Our wedding is coming up in September! We couldn't be more excited to work with the Arbor loft in planning our reception! This space is exactly what I've always imagined . With little decorating necessary (due to the simplistic beauty of the room itself) it's by far the most ideal space I've found in the rochester area. The ladies are so fun and easy to work with. My family attended a wedding here last weekend. I am vegan and my kids have nut allergies. I mentioned something to one of the staff. He was immediately cooperative and kind about it (sometimes people get weirdly defensive). He said he would make sure the chef was aware. Shortly after the owner herself came up to me and introduced herself, almond with the chef! Such nice people, and sooo accommodating. I had THE BEST vegan stew, and they even wrapped up the rest for me. It was so good, I couldn't even comprehend the thought of wasting it. They prepared special nut free plates for the kids. I felt they really went above and beyond.

The location was decorated very chic, cool, but comfortable in a minimalist, yet rustic and organic way. This would be an excellent location for a photo shoot! So many photo options, and great lighting. Indeed, the bride and groom had a lot of photos taken right there.

Overall, 5 for service, 5 for setting... �! Can't say enough good things! More...

The Arbor Loft is a no brainer when it comes to looking for an event space that is simple yet so chic; and the perfect blank canvas to create such a warm and inviting setting. Agathi and Laura have been nothing but the easiest and friendliest business women to work with. They are always just a phone call or email away and have always gotten back to me if not within minutes ...then just a few hours later. Their list of vendors is impressive to say the least and they are more than willing to help in any way they can. If you are a bride looking for a venue with a great support team in a beautiful setting ... the Arbor Loft is it. Threw the most AMAZING surprise 30th Birthday Party for my girlfriend here. The venue is unmatchable, the staff went over the top with every single detail and the night was "magical" according the birthday girl.
