We were very impressed with this pet hospital. I really like how they book appointments so the doctor has enough time to spend with each patient. We waited about 10 minutes and then had the doctor's full attention for the necessary time it took for him to diagnose our dog. Prices are reasonable and they are not pushy when it comes to other services that your pet may not need. We found our new veterinarian! More...

The best Veterinary and one of most affordable veterinary facilities in Fresno!I feel that this pet Dr. truly cared about my beloved 2 yr old cat Mia. He gave me an exam, a steroid shot, and an oral antiseptic for her gum infection.He was honest, fair and didn't over charge.I will only go to him from now on and feel like he is the best in fresno!I trust him for the care of my fur babies, and he makes great recommendations regarding the care of my pets! I drove across town after reading the positive reviews. Was NOT disappointed!! The staff was really patient, friendly and thorough. Dr. Kumar was very attentive and knowledgeable. And from what I've heard from other clinics and hospitals as far as pricing goes you can't beat this!! VERY reasonable. We will most definitely be a return customer. We have found our regular vet. Dr. Santender Kumar, owner/ operator at Maroa Pet Track Hospital is by far, the best vet in Fresno, for your pets overall health care! While out of town, I was informed my 13 Y.O. Pom-Chi had an anal gland tumor that needed immediate removal. I called Sunnyside Pet Hospital, Armstrong Pet Hospital, and Kingsburg Vet Clinic (all places my pom-chi had been seen at) and was informed all of these highly rated vet places either did not have a vet to do this surgery or never heard of this surgery!?!?! A vet at Valley Animal Clinic who initially saw my pet referred me to Dr. Kumar. Again, while out of town, I called Maroa Pet Track, Dr. Kumar answered, I explained my pets issue, he made me an appt next morning where he greeted us, examined my pet, says he has heard of and performed the surgery my pet needed several times!! More importantly, he explained the surgery process, says he was a DVM instructor in his home country of India, and IS most reasonable in his prices explaining what he believes your pet needs and won't try to lead you to unnecessary costly pet rx. My pom-chi did well in surgery and back to normal activities in 24-48 hrs. We followed Dr Kumars post surgery treatment plan and our pom chi celebrates her 14th birthday in August!! Give Dr. Kumar your business & should your pet need surgery, remember he responds quickly by phone and email. Also remember, Maroa St in one way going North so map it using your drive map apps. Our loving Mastiff of almost 9 years had passed away on Sunday. We were unable to lift her to take her to the clinic to have her cremated. Dr. Kumar made a house call - on a Sunday. He was at our home in about 30 minutes from the time we called. He was very professional, affordable, and the service was excellent. Dr. Kumar and his technicians are very compassionate and caring. I noticed that a feral kitten that lives in my backyard did not seem like he was feeling well today, so I called Maroa Track Pet Hospital even though I knew it was closed today. I was hoping to see if they would be open tomorrow, 4th of July. To my surprise, Dr. Kumar answered the phone and agreed to meet us in an hour. He examined the kitten, shared his opinions, and gave me options of which medication/tests I would like to take. I was very grateful for his time and services, especially because today was his day off. The office was very clean and organized, and I was very impressed. I was looking for a new vet...one that was compassionate, understanding, and with a FRIENDLY staff. I certainly found these things in Dr. Kumar and Pricilla, Heather and Fiona. Dr. Kumar is compassionate, kind, gentle and understanding. He only wants the best for your pet and will do his best to provide it. I have had nothing but VERY satisfactory and pleasant experiences every time I have been at Maroa Track Pet Hospital. He saved my cat after it was attacked by 2 dogs. This is where we bring all of our animals, 2 cats and 2 dogs. Great prices for initial shots and medical care for brand new puppies and kittens. Very friendly and knowledgeable veterinarian, the whole staff treats our pets as family, as we do at home and would want others to do.
