Mark and Gary under took the work of cutting a 14 foot hedge and cutting an access walkway through the hedge to a gate. They were so great at communicating with me and explaining the options. Mark and his team were awesome. Came round for an initial consultation on removal of a large bush (including stump and roots) and trimming of some trees. Provided a quote and offered advice on other things too. Good price and date then agreed. Turned up on time, easy to get a hold of in interim and did a fantastic job. Removed a cherry tree for my garden that was becoming over grown and blocking sunlight. Mark and Gary came and removed the tree promptly and efficiently. The also removed the stump afters. Very professional service. Responded very quickly to my request for a quote. Discussed our requirements and suggested options. Gave us an immediate quote which was very competitive and scheduled the work two days later. Confirmed start time by text the day before and arrived as stated. Reduced the height of one tree which had limited access and removed another completely as it was diseased and damaged. Both tasks were carried out very efficiently and all debris removed from the garden. Communicated well throughout the day in a pleasant manner. I telephoned Mark from R S Tree Care and he promptly turned up the next day with another colleague Gary, they assessed the tree to be felled and gave me an excellent quote, and told me they would be out on the Monday morning.
They turned up punctually and quickly set about the task of removing a 60’ fir their experience showed through very quickly and the offending tree was quickly felled and all mess cleared up with the minimum of fuss.
I wanted all the off cuts and the logs to be used for an open fire, and various other projects, but they would have taken it all away leaving us with nothing but a clear view of the sky above for the first time in the 30 years we have been here.

Very professional from quote to finish.

No hard-sell sales tactics but very knowledgeable with advice and suggestions. The quote although not the cheapest, was reasonable and fair.

The pruning of some of the trees was done to good aesthetic effect and the trees that were removed was done with no mess left.

RS Treecare tackled my very overgrown and unruly hawthorn bush. I received excellent advice on the best way to trim it to get the best shaping while maintaining its appeal as a safe haven for the birds. They came the day after I asked for a quote, were very reasonably priced and completed the job to a high standard. I have had this bush trimmed a few times before and always had twigs from it left all over my garden but RS Treecare made sure they cleared up properly and removed all rubbish.
