I've been here many times and I have never had a bad experience and today was no different. The food is consistently good and while the menu is big, much of it is familiar and not much on it is creative. It's okay because they handle all the basics with good fresh ingredients. The restaurant is large, open and informal and perfect for a rainy or cloudy day. Hosts are always nice and the server was fine too but a little rushed. For lunch (and I've never been here for breakfast or dinner) everything is served with little fanfare in a no-nonsense way.Hummus was a good starter, nothing unusual but fine for what it was.We had the rigatoni and orecchiette and both were nicely cooked and not drowning in sauces.  I think the best thing here is dessert and you pass by the dessert station as you walk in so its a bit of a tease. Our cake didn't disappoint and might have been the best item we ate. Parking is the only problem because getting your car back from the valet can take awhile. More...

We stayed at the hotel across the street from the hotel where this restaurant is and found ourselves wanting to go to market for every meal once we discovered it.  All of the food we ordered was prepared perfectly and the service was top notch.  The pre-meal bread was delicious and we were encouraged to break off small pieces of the rosemary plant on our table (and every other table) to mix in with the olive oil that was brought with the bread.  I thought that was a very nice touch.  The attention to detail at this place is great and the prices are reasonable.  Given the caliber of this restaurant, i would have expected much higher prices.  I will definitely come back next time i am in miami! The Market at the Edition Hotel is beautiful. With its gold pillars and high ceilings, it gives off a classy, yet casual atmosphere. I met friends who were staying here for breakfast on a bachelorette weekend. I ordered the Root to Wellness cocktail to start. It was truly phenomenal. If it weren't so pricey, I would have gotten a second one. Three of us ordered the avocado toast. It was decent. One friend ordered the breakfast frittata and she loved it. The wait staff was very attentive. It was a lovely experience, but not a place I would be able to frequent often because it is pricey. More...

This place does not cut any corners. Had a flawless dinner for 8 people here this evening and everything was impeccable. Our server was very kind and knowledgeable, made great recommendations and adjustments. The poached shrimp salad was delicious, what was really beautiful and the star of this was the burblanc sauce - wow. The oysters were fresh, the tuna tartar had a deliciously tangy sesame ginger sauce, the crunchy salmon sushi was really interesting and full of both texture and flavor, the truffle pizza was pretty decent, the mashed potatoes were fluffy and buttery, and the snapper ceviche with crushed olives had so many distinct flavors between the strong lemon, the dill and the olives- strongly recommend this dish! To top it off, the server even split our checks. Really accommodating. More...

My partner and I ate here twice today. First, we had breakfast. I had the egg white omelet which was very good; the potatoes that came with it were delicious also (although they were labeled patatas bravas so I was a little disappointed they didn't come with the usual delicious sauce! ). My partner got chia seed pudding with fruit which was very good as well. We spent a pretty penny on breakfast but it was good. After that meal alone, I probably would have given 5 stars. We returned again for a late, very light dinner. My partner got the tuna tartare and I got the salmon sushi. We shared the sundae for dessert. My partner was happy with his tuna tartare, but I thought the sauce overpowered the actual tuna. My salmon sushi was unique and yummy. The sundae was good too; the candies popcorn with the caramel ice cream is a nice flavor combo. The disappointing part of dinner was the service; it was very slow. I know it's the end of the night, but I don't want to feel forgotten about. That piece of the experience, especially at a nicer place, is what pushed it down to 4 stars. More...

Small menu but every item we ordered was exquisite. The restaurant itself is kind of hard to describe.  It sort of looks like an almost cavernous indoor café with bistro tables and chairs but it also, at first glance, looks slightly 'cafeteria-ish'  - but it's not.  The Heat Wave cocktail is one of the best cocktails I've tasted in years.  It was so good, I had two and I highly recommend you try one too.We ordered the pizza, calamari and tuna tartare.  All were exceptional. For dessert we had the almond cake with fig sauce and sherbet.  Again - superb.Service was ok, not great. I am not a fan of raw or semi raw fish ever, however, the red snapper ceviche was AMAZING. It is composed of red snapper, avocado, oil, some greens, and hint of lime-SO GOOD! Our last day in Miami so we wanted to try out the Market at Edition for breakfast. After a marvelous night well spent, the bestie and I decided to get ready for our flight back home. I woke up feeling refreshed and the sweet smell of muffins and pancakes permeated the humid morning air. We packed our belongings and went downstairs for breakfast. We were immediately seated next to the window. The morning joggers and happy go lucky residents and guests enjoyed a cup of coffee or their freshly cold pressed juices. We opted for a macchiato espresso, French Pressed Coffee, Steel Cut Oatmeal's and Avocado Toast with Salmon and a side of Poached Eggs. DJ our server was very patient with us as we kept asking him if we will make it to the airport, while eyeing more items to order. We literally bowed down in under 15 minutes. Super fast service but the ambiance just makes it relaxing and more inviting. The welcoming faces of the hostesses makes it lively to want to grab a bite here. Grade A. Double thumbs up! Will definitely come here again if we are traveling to Miami again. Until then! More...

Everything is super tasty and we are very picky at our food :) I can feel that they choose quality ingredients. Cheese selection, smoked salmon, sweets, butter - it's either imported or homemade, cause it doesn't taste like at the regular places. Even my hot chocolate tastes like in Europe, and it's really hard to find it in US.Service is immaculate like at the rest of hotel.Price is a bit expensive ($90 for 2 for the buffet and a drink) but Miami is overall expensive and I feel that here you at least know what you're paying for. We woke up our first morning in Miami starving, but we had big lunch plans with friends. I saw this place on Yelp and decided it would be a great place to get coffee before exploring the city. We were all so excited by the menu that we ended up getting avocado toast and cinnamon rolls all around. I give it 4 stars because the food is overpriced, but it's expected for the ambiance of the luxury hotel. It seems silly that it's an extra $5 and $7 dollars for salmon and eggs on avocado toast. We sat outside on the patio and it was gorgeous. Our server was kind and leisurely - he let us take our time and sip our coffee but I wouldn't recommend it if you are in a rush. Beware that like most places in Miami, tip is automatically added. But seriously, the cinnamon rolls!! We ordered two for a party of 5 and couldn't finish the decadent rolls. Between that and the lovely outdoor seating, I'll definitely go back. More...

We were not hotel guests but came here due to raving reviews from others. The place is as beautiful as the yelp review photos. We had brunch: one order of French Toast and one order of the egg sandwich:smoked ham and gruyere. They were both phenomenal! The french toast bread was so flavorful and made just right: it had a good outside texture with a soft moist inside, enough cinnamon to come through and not soggy at all. I could not figure out how the bread was toasted so well on the outside but still was so soft once bitten into. Despite the dusting of confectioner's sugar, and the small pot of maple syrup, the french toast was not overly sweet. Instead the flavors were balanced by the saltiness of the accompanying two strips of thick bacon. It was my first taste of thick bacon strips so I was impressed. There was an apple slice grilled to caramelize the flavors. Another first unique taste! My tongue was satisfied by the wide variety of deliciousness. The waitress recommended this dish to us; it did not disappoint. The egg sandwich was well constructed; the egg was cooked perfectly; not too running with the ham and gruyere cheese. The sesame seed bun added additional texture. The potatoes were so crispy, but we needed ketchup on them due to habit. When we asked for ketchup we were given individual sized Heinz bottles - super cute to keep and made a great souvenir! The small side salad consisted of greens and red grape tomatoes-delicious and crisp. The service here is great! There are glass windows so the place gets natural light in. Great for photographs. We were there for a while and they did not rush us to finish our food. I was entertained by the other stations in the market. I watched as someone prepared some pastries. If I'm ever in the area I would love to dine here again. A great experience! More...

Anyway, Kale caeser salad was good but not too social or big. Regular pizza was good, not too hot tough. The second pizza was vhot but crazy salty. We think someone maybe had a practical joke for the chef with the salt top.Tuna tartar and avocado was good, the ginger sauce was very nice. We think it should be served with pita chips and not soft bread. Some bread with olive oil and balsamic made me eat to much bread but that's me. My friends had fish (Grouper, Salmon) and I had a meatball rigatoni. The sauce was very good, chunky, spicy from burnt tomatoes but the meatballs were kinda dry. Dessert! Both were so delicious. I also got a virgin bloody mary, which was really tasty. The second meal we had was the breakfast table. It was quite busy around 10am, so we actually had to wait a few minutes for a table, which was no problem. The selection of the breakfast spread was just what I like in the morning, cheese, bread, some eggs, and fruit and pastries. The price was a little steep for very few protein options, and only mass-produced scrambled eggs, but everything tasted good, so I had no complaints about the actual food. I liked the variety of salads, especially the beets and goat cheese. They also had smoked salmon, and various other hams. Since I don't eat pork, I had to skip that section, but it looked good. I wish they had an omelet station or something, and maybe some turkey sausage or turkey bacon options. Also, the only other complaint I had was the fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) was so sour, it was practically inedible. The breakfast table did come with coffee and juice, so that was appreciated! The coffee was so good, too! The service was good, as well. One thing to note is gratuity (18%) is automatically included in your bill. More...
