I left a review on the day I booked my ride 3 months before the actual date I needed them. While the booking was easy I had to pay in full at the time of booking.
Well the day for pick up they did not arrive at the time stated. I have proof with a text & on the receipt I received from Mark. I had to call and ask where the driver was and then we had pay for a ride to the second pick up point to get closer to the airport because our driver was coming in from Manhattan and would never make it to my address which was to be the first pick up point. We did not get the car we were told we would have the car we got was much smaller and a little cramped for 4 ladies. Then when we returned from our trip the flight was delayed and he wanted to charge us $65 because we were late which was not our fault. He should have tracked the plane to know we would be arriving later. Even Uber will track the flights. I will never use this car service ever again and will never recommend them. More...

bur we got you home i was more care about you get hom after a long flight do wer provided you with a car that was at the aorport area. as you enjoy the ride in my suburan when we first pick up your at your address. it was ok when wr pick you up from your home then you added 5 eatra bags and we waited 1.5 hours extra i only charge 1 hours of waiting time

It was nice and efficient the driver was on time I enjoyed the ride . Will definitely use them again thanks.

I just wanted to leave a wonderful review our driver JR drove me and my friend to JFK on March 10 and picked us up on March 17 and it was wonderful. He was on time. He answered my text. He stayed in touch with me was right there when we got out of picking up our luggage friendly he had water in the car, everything was perfect. he was very friendly

I’m extremely happy with the excellent service I received from The Anderson Transportation Company. I spoke with Mr. Anderson directly when I made my reservation to be picked up at my residence in the Bronx and be taken to JFK on February 22, 2024 and his driver Taran arrived early and assisted me with my luggage and walker and helped me get into the car.
Taran’s assistance was appreciated and helpful as I have difficulty getting into the vehicle. Taran is a safe driver and follows all the rules/laws of driving in New York. He is patient and friendly, and does not speed or uses his phone while driving.
I give the Anderson Transportation Company a rating of ten out of ten, 5 plus and A plus for Taran for his on time service on 2/22/24 Bronx to JFK and on 3/10/2024 JFK to Bronx. My return flight was delayed but Taran was at the airport waiting for me by the time I got out of the luggage area and Taran was at the arrival area once I got out.
Thank you Mr. Anderson for your excellent service and reliable driver.

you did not book a reservation with us because as is state in the email we send all cash payment is not a reservation it only a request to be pick up because you can change your mind at any time and we are stuck with going out to you. we had this happen many of time that why we ask to book your reservation and get your reservation # by booking with a card. we are very sorry but you did not want to book your reservation you only made a request to be pick up by paying in cash. we never got any payment from you to be pick up

If I could have I would have given 4 3/4 stars. I was very satisfied with the service I received from both Mark the owner/administrator and Taran, my driver for trips to and from Newark airport. My only small issue was being picked up a little late for my ride to Newark. But I would still recommend their service and will plan to use them the next time I need transportation to the airport.
