I needed a repair for my laptop & as someone who is virtually housebound I was very pleased to discover that Mark Wright offered a collect & delivery service. I wasn't sure what to expect but as I'd read good reviews I was optimistic. I needn't have worried. The service was excellent, I was kept in the loop with the repair needed & estimated costs. The final bill was a great price & with a fully repaired laptop I was over the moon. Like finding a great mechanic you can feel secure knowing you have a professional to turn to in times of need. After hours of trying to fix an internet access problem (Windows error 651) on my PC by reference to online community & other advice I asked Mark to call which he did the same day although he was very busy. We rang Mark about a faulty laptop screen in the afternoon, 3 hours later, Mark had popped round to our house, replaced the screen and got it running quicker and more efficiently than it had done since we bought it. The LCD screen on my Dell Laptop would not light up, I found Mark on the web and phoned him, he did not quite a large call out fee he just told me that it was either the screen on the screen switch and he would come around and have alook/ Within one hour he arrived. He brought a switch and a temporary lcd screen, the problem we found was the lcd. He ordered a new lcd for a next day delivery and fitted the temporary lcd screen and went to his next Customer.He told me the price of the lcd screen did not ask for any money up front. When he returned the next day with the new lcd screen he fitted it in about 5 minutes and I was uo and running again. I think he only spent about 20 minutes over the 2 days diagnosing the problem, taking out my old lcd screen and fitting the new.
