Mark Steichen is completely unprofessional and I would suggest you steer clear of using this CPA. I meet with him in February to complete the filing of my 2022 personal taxes. Realized I was missing a needed document, but told him I would email him the needed document to complete the filing. I sent the item 2 days later. AND I paid him in full before leaving the intial meeting. I have emailed, called both the business and the cell, texted and nothing......complete silence.
