Mark was absolutely phenomenal to work with every step of the way. If you look at his portfolio, it’s pretty obvious why he was the only one my husband and I agreed on as a photographer. Both of us really weren’t that well versed in wedding photography or have a set look we wanted. Mark was able to walk us through each step of the process. He was so very easy to communicate with and so flexible to meet up with. Mark was more than willing to meet us, talk us through the process, and he got a great vibe of what we were looking for. Our wedding was traditional, yet not traditional. I did not have a wedding party, but I did have hair and makeup done at a house with all my best friends. We also had a our first dances immediately under the arches and incorporated our traditional tea ceremony into our wedding. Mark and his assistant were more than willing to come to the house and got photos of us getting ready. I was even able to catch a ride down with him to the venue. He captured every moment that meant to most to us in the most beautiful way. The one thing we really wanted was to capture our guests and boy, did he deliver. We absolutely LOVED the action shots on the dance floor. Mark really captured some special moments. Another great thing was that Mark was able to adapt very easily. My husbands family is a huge fan of taking photos. We did not schedule a time for all guests to take to come take photos with us but, it just ended up happening. Mark handled it quickly and with grace, plus my Mother in law was happy. What more could you ask for? Mark was very quick and easy to communicate with. We got our photos back in a timely manner and he was more than fair with the price. I’m always very impressed when vendors are honest and he was so honest with the albums. He did tell us that he had available albums for purchase but would provide us with our photos and release in the case we wanted to go elsewhere for a lower cost for an album. Thay really means a lot because it shows that he is just genuinely concerned that we get a great finished product. I found Mark in an unexpected way, a friend got married and her photographer bailed day of and Mark came to the rescue! When the photos were posted on FB and I heard the story of how he came to be their photographer, I knew I had to contact him for my own wedding. The whole situation spoke to his character and his photos were very impressive. For the time leading up to the wedding Mark was very nice and included an engagement shoot for us! We stayed in touch through the whole process and he definitely eliminated a lot of stress for us. I had no doubts! We just got our photos back recently and they are BEAUTIFUL! Mark photographed our wedding on 10/3/15. I had known him previously, but I just knew he had to be our wedding photographer when I saw a candid photo he took of a couple dancing at an event. The emotion and feeling that he was able to capture without the couple even knowing he was taking a picture was just astounding. He was always available if we had any questions and kept in contact throughout our whole planning process. We met up a year before the wedding for our engagement pictures, and they were wonderful! I knew that he was going to do an amazing job with our wedding, but my expectations were even far exceeded. He captured so many amazing candid moments that I'm so glad we are able to reflect back on. Mark photographed our wedding on 10/31/15. My husband and I could not be happier to have found him. We met with Mark about a year before our wedding for an engagement session and immediately knew we had made the right decision. He was so fast to respond to any and all questions we had leading up to our wedding and we really appreciated this, especially because we were planning our Pittsburgh wedding from Boston, MA. We met in person again before the wedding and he was so helpful in helping us plan the day from a photography standpoint and really listened to our hopes for how our photos would look.
