I love this store. Today I bought my 2nd pair of Asics Gel-Kayano's. Although I liked the Adidas, I decided to stick with what has been tried and true. I was told of Fleet Feet by my Pastor after telling him of all the heel pain I was having. He sure sent me to the right place. I have high arches and one foot is bigger than the other.Found that out on my first trip to Fleet Feet. Both trips there have been great. They take the time to measure both my feet, watch me walk away and back. They took their time helping me pick out the right shoes for my arch issues. Took them home, went out and jogged 6 miles this evening. Just as comfortable as the the old pair.They have found a repeat customer in me. Driving from Wheeling is no issue when the service is great. I attended the event on Friday night at Fleet Feet Sports in Pittsburgh, toasting and honoring the three nominated for the "Power of Running" Award. The staff were so very gracious, and offered delicious hors d'ouvres. I felt honored to hear the inspirational stories of all three nominees. James Wolf's determination continuing to run through the adversities of Multiple sclerosis and cancer, along with being a respected educator and father of 6 sets the example of strength that we are all capable of succeeding, not just in running, but succeeding in goals that seem unreachable. I am blessed to know and to be friends with him and his amazing wife Linda, who is also an inspiration in her own right. All three nominees are amazing, and I again want to make an on line toast to all of them! Salute'!!! More...

The staff at Fleet Feet Sports Pittsburgh is second to none. They are extremely knowledgeable and the customer really does come first. The interaction with the customer is extremely individualized They will work with you to ensure the best fit and type of shoe for your foot and running profile. I've been a customer at fleet feet for a while now but I had an exceptionally great experience today with Jackie! I came in to exchange a pair of shoes that just weren't working for me. She was super helpful, listened to my concerns and suggested a few different products to try and help the horrible plantar fasciitis that I have. I'm regretting not having gone by Fleet Feet sooner! I'm a casual runner, trying to get back into it, and Fleet Feet were amazing! The staff is so friendly, I got lots of help finding the right shoes, got to take a little jog around the parking lot with several different pairs, too, and was treated with nothing but patience and respect. I've apparently been wearing shoes with a too narrow toe box and never noticed it until I tried a wide and *felt* the improvement. Will 100% return. � More...

Fleet Feet is an excellent store with friendly, knowledgeable staff. That staff is loaded with avid runners so they can speak to the products out of personal experience. They also have state of the art technology to ensure you get the best fit from your shoes or any inserts that you may need.

Above an beyond the in-store experience, Fleet Feet has created an entire community of runners supporting each other from the yearly No Boundaries and Pittsburgh Marathon Training programs to the recently debuted Fleet Feet Fast fall training.

I personally started running with Fleet Feet January of 2016 and it's no exaggeration when I tell you that Fleet Feet has changed my life. I cannot say enough good things about not just the store, but the entirety of the staff and even the unofficial 'Fleet Feet Crew'

Fleet Feet is so much more than just an apparel store...they're don't just sell shoes - they also provide programs to fit whether you're a beginner trying to get healthy or a serious runner in search of a pace group for marathon training, and I for one am extremely thankful they do! More...

I came in for new shoes since my old pair were causing me a lot of pain during marathon training. I was immediately fitted for the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever bought and an insole to correct my underpronation. The nutritional selection is bar none as well! Everything about Fleet Feet is incredible. Their staff takes the time to find out exactly what you are looking for and what your activity is. They genuinely care about all of their customers and want you to be comfortable and happy in your new shoes.
They are knowledgeable about all the products in store and make great recommendations but don't try to oversell.

After many fittings at various other locations, and a few injuries resulting from shoes that were a great fit for my body, my coach Tim told me about Fleet Feet, and their 3D shoe-fitting technology from the future. The staff was amazing, so helpful! They really took the time to let me try on and hop around in as many shoes as I wanted. Their space technology paired with their amazingly well-educated staff landed me in the best shoe I've ever had. Still running with all 10 toenails and 0 injuries many miles later. I live nowhere near them, but will make the trek every time I need run gear. My feet are on fleet. Eh?! More...
