What makes a great website?
• Clear messaging - so your visitors know what you do and how you can help them
• Good UX - user experience is important as it helps your visitors navigate your site
• It has to look good - so that means it uses a professional-looking logo, good quality images and appropriate fonts/colours that mirror your brand identity
• Responsive - it should work and look good on desktop, tablet devices and smartphones
• Be simple - don't overcomplicate things. Get rid of clutter and only have 1-2 call-to-actions so your visitor knows what to do next
• Be correctly indexed and optimised so your site can be found on search engines
• Contain only 1 call to action so it's not confusing for visitors

What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to see if I could do it. I felt I hadn't reached my full potential and needed that challenge. Nine years later so far so good.
