41 West is a custom home builder and luxury home and condo remodeler in Naples, FL. One of our prior clients, purchased a new penthouse at the Veracruz in Marco Island, and selected Mark P. Finlay Architects, to handle both the architect and interior designer positions on our design team for the build-out. Although Mark and his team are headquartered in Southport, CT, and our 41 West construction team is in Naples, FL, the entire process flowed seamlessly. Both the architectural team and the interior design staff performed as skilled professionals throughout the entire project.

The 8,200 square foot penthouse is now a one-of-a-kind property on Marco Island. Upon completion, our client received an unsolicited offer to sell at close to 2 times their total investment.
